Your Federal 3-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel any credit repair contract within three (3) business days of signing — for any reason or no reason at all — with no penalty and a full refund of any fees paid.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your CreditRise service at any time by contacting us through any of the following methods:

- •Written notice: Send a signed cancellation notice to CreditRise Scores LLC, Dallas, TX
Monthly Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation is confirmed. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If CreditRise does not remove at least one negative, inaccurate, or unverifiable item from your credit report within 90 days of your service start date, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] with your account information and we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- •Cancellation after the 3-day window where services have been fully rendered for the billing period
- •Accounts terminated due to client-provided false or fraudulent information
- •One-time service fees (e.g., Student Loan Counseling) after the service has been delivered
