1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of CreditRise Scores LLC ("CreditRise," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CreditRise provides credit repair services including credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation and submission, credit monitoring, and credit building guidance. We operate in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

3. CROA Disclosure

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act:

• You have the right to cancel any contract with CreditRise within three (3) business days of signing without penalty.
• We cannot guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report.
• You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge.
• We will not perform any service before the three-day cancellation period has expired.

4. No Guarantees

While we work diligently to improve your credit profile, we cannot guarantee specific results or score increases. Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances, the nature of negative items, and creditor responses. Any improvement statistics mentioned on our website represent averages and are not guarantees of individual results.

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are charged on a monthly basis as described in our pricing plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no long-term commitment required. Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies if we do not remove at least one negative item from your credit report within 90 days of service commencement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, promptly forward any correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors, and cooperate with our team throughout the dispute process. Providing false information may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreditRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
